01 — What This Proposal Delivers
You supply the 3D model. CTRL Studio handles everything from that point — lighting, texturing, scene dressing, AI post-production, and delivery. Proposal B is the faster path to the same standard of imagery. The 20% discount reflects the absence of the modeling phase. The quality of the final renders is identical.
Model Quality Review — RequiredAll client-supplied models undergo a mandatory technical review before production begins. This is a quality safeguard for both parties — not a billable gate. If minor cleanup is needed (under 2 hours), it is covered within the 500 SAR review fee. If significant rework is required, a supplementary quote is issued and the client may proceed or withdraw with no further obligation. See Model Quality Clause for full details.

Your Model, Our Pipeline
You provide a production-ready 3D model. We run it through the full CTRL Studio pipeline — lighting rigs, material libraries, entourage, AI finishing. The result looks like a CTRL Studio render, not a raw export.

Without the modeling phase, production begins significantly sooner. First draft renders are typically delivered 2–3 days earlier than Proposal A — the right choice when timelines are tight.

Even on a rendering-only brief, you receive 5 visual sketches per image before any production render is committed. Camera, lighting, time of day — all confirmed via email before production begins.

Upgrade Path Built In
If significant modeling changes are required mid-project, Proposal B can be upgraded to Proposal A at any point. The 500 SAR review fee is credited against the Proposal A total.
02 — Scope of Work
All client-supplied 3D models undergo a technical review before production begins. The review checks geometry integrity, scale accuracy, file compatibility, and production readiness. Results in a written pass or conditional assessment within 1–2 business days.
Pass — Production Proceeds
Model meets production standard. CTRL Studio issues the 50% commencement invoice and production begins immediately upon payment receipt.
Conditional — Supplementary Quote
Model requires significant rework. A supplementary rework quote is issued before any further work proceeds. Client may accept, supply a revised model, or withdraw. Only the review fee is charged upon withdrawal.
Five photorealistic exterior renders using the client-supplied and reviewed 3D model. Same full production process as Proposal A — 5-sketch concepting, complete texturing, AI post-production, and 4K delivery. Discounted rate reflects the absence of the modeling phase only.

Accepted File Formats3ds Max (.MAX), OBJ, FBX, Rhino (.3DM). Files must be supplied at real-world scale. DWG, Revit, SketchUp, and other formats not listed are not accepted under Proposal B and would require Proposal A for model construction.

05 — How the Project Runs

Brief & Model Handover
Client provides the 3D model file (MAX, OBJ, FBX, or 3DM), material references, mood boards, and visual direction. CTRL Studio confirms receipt and begins the technical review within 1 business day.

Model Technical Review
The supplied model is checked for geometry integrity, scale accuracy, and production readiness. Written pass/conditional assessment delivered within 1–2 business days. Minor cleanup (under 2 hours) is handled within the review fee.

5-Sketch Delivery Per Image
Five visual sketches per image — 3D viewport screenshots with annotated overlays showing camera angle, time of day, and lighting mood. Client selects one per image via email within 24 hours. Production does not begin until selections are confirmed.
04
Full Production Render
Materials, lighting, entourage, and post-processing applied using the approved sketch directions. Each image is fully finished through the AI post-production pipeline — sky replacement, atmospheric depth, detail enhancement.

Revision Rounds
First draft renders delivered. All feedback submitted in one consolidated batch per round via email. Up to 5 revision rounds per image. Unused rounds expire 60 days after first draft delivery.

Final Delivery
All 5 final approved renders delivered in TIFF and JPEG at 4K resolution via Google Drive or WeTransfer. Download link maintained for 30 days. Files transferred only upon final payment confirmation.
06 — Terms Specific to Proposal B
Model Quality Clause
CTRL Studio reserves the right to decline production on any model that cannot meet the minimum production quality standard, even after minor cleanup. In such cases, only the 500 SAR review fee is charged. The client may supply a revised model for a new review or upgrade to Proposal A at the standard rate with the review fee credited.
Model Accuracy & Design Responsibility
CTRL Studio renders the model as supplied. Any architectural inaccuracies, design errors, or discrepancies in the client-supplied model are the sole responsibility of the client. Corrections to the model after production has begun are treated as scope changes and quoted accordingly.
Upgrade Path
If at any point the client wishes to upgrade from Proposal B to Proposal A, CTRL Studio will issue a revised quote. The 500 SAR review fee and any render fees already paid will be credited against the Proposal A total.
07 — Terms Applying to This Proposal
Revision Policy
A revision is defined as any request that alters the overall image — composition, lighting, materials, camera angle, entourage, atmosphere, or any element requiring re-rendering. Minor brightness/contrast, single asset swaps not requiring re-lighting, and color temperature corrections are handled within the active round at no additional cost. Revisions must be submitted as a single consolidated batch via email. Five revision rounds included per image. Additional rounds: 350 SAR per round, per image. Unused rounds expire 60 days after first draft delivery.
Scope Freeze
Project scope is fixed upon receipt of the first payment installment. Any additions to scope post-commencement are treated as new line items and quoted before work proceeds.
Cancellation Policy
Before sketch delivery: 50% commencement payment non-refundable. After sketch approval but before any render draft: 75% of production total due. Once any render draft is delivered: 100% of that image's fee is immediately due. Remaining unstarted images: 25% kill fee each.
File Ownership & Portfolio
Upon full payment, the client receives unlimited rights to use the delivered renders for any commercial purpose. CTRL Studio retains authorship attribution. Portfolio usage commences 6 months after final delivery or upon the client's first public project release — whichever comes first.
Source Files
3D scene files and all production assets are the exclusive intellectual property of CTRL Studio. Source file transfer is available at 3× the total render fee under a separate invoice, settled independently of this proposal.
Delivery Commitment
If CTRL Studio exceeds the stated turnaround by more than 3 business days without prior written notice, the client is entitled to a 5% reduction on that image's fee. Does not apply to delays caused by pending client feedback, sketch approvals, or scope changes.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
08 — Cinematic Walkthrough Add-On
A cinematic walkthrough of the villa exterior, produced in D5 Render using the same 3D model reviewed and approved for your stills. Because the scene, camera positions, materials, and entourage are already established during the rendering phase, CTRL Studio can produce the animation at a significantly reduced rate. The 50% bundle discount exists because you are not paying twice for the same scene — only for the additional production time to animate, grade, and deliver the video.

Note — The video add-on must be commissioned alongside this proposal — it cannot be added after the stills project has closed. The 50% bundle rate is only valid when the stills and video are contracted together. A standalone video brief for the same project would revert to the standard rate of 10,000 SAR. A revision for video is defined as any change to the cut sequence, camera timing, or color grade. Scene changes requiring re-rendering are quoted separately.
